Jail is not good, or is it? See, jail holds the people who have broken the law one too many times. So, is jail good or bad? Daysen's opinion is that it is good cause if we did not have it, where would all the bad people go? But it can be bad sometimes. It gives the prisoners food for free (but the school doesn't. It is not fair). That is my opinion. Now, Torrin's opinion, alright, jail seems like a terrible thing, but I don't think people realize that the people in there should probably belong in there. Hey, if you're hungry and have no shelter, go to jail. IT’S FREE!
Now juvie, it is a place where kids 18 and under go if they are bad or if their parents send them. Daysen's opinion on juvie is that it is an excellent place to hold kids cause if you are putting 15-year-olds with 26-year-olds. The older person might hurt the younger kid. I think that you should have juvie for young kids. Torrin's opinion is that juvie is a good thing cause it teaches the kid a lesson that breaking the law is not cool.
